Hi, I found the cause to CTD bug when fastrevel to Honningbrew Meadery (mézfőzde sörház) or you step out of the house!

Skyrim Flora Overhaul mod has this file: "vurt_greenyelplant.nif"

Skyrim\Data\Meshes\Landscape\Grass\vurt_greenyelplant.nif delete this and no CTD (or if u use this mod: IHSS>uninstall)
